when scanning i quite often get the response noted above. there is nothing wrong with this scan but the scan engine rejects it. this is not the first time I have asked Stockcharts to help with this and I am pretty sick of spending so much time fixing stuff that is already ok.

any help out there for me to go to?? not much of a service as I see it..

    @morrise I've written hundreds of scans and gotten plenty of errors that turn out to be real errors, so I'm pretty sure it's not OK, although the error may not be obvious.

    If you copy and paste the *entire* scan here, we can look at it.

    P.S. I've answered three of your questions and not received any kind of response or acknowledgement from you. What's up with that?
