Error on Search

Is anyone else receiving an error message on Search on the My Saved Charts option? I put in a symbol and select My Saved Charts and get an error message "Something went wrong. Please try your search again. If this error persists please contact customer support."

It's been going on 3 days now for me. I contacted Support on Day 2.


  • Works OK for me.

    I entered XLE in Search at the top of the Members page. It seems by default it searches Support first, for which I got no results, then you can use the drop down to select My Saved Charts and it returns several lists.

    Are you using a different starting point?
  • Nope. Same starting point.

    But, it's working now. This is good.
