ACP Charts Tool Question

Does the ACP charts have a measuring tool? For example I want to measure % from the peak of a chart to the low of a chart. Most of these tool look like a ruler but I cannot find one in the ACP charts or any of the others.

    Click on the Annotate



    And one of the options there is Percent Change



    On the chart hold down Ctrl and click the bottom or point you want to start the measurement, and drag to the end point of the measurement
